MT7060 is an integrated circuit in CMOS silicon gate technology for the control of bipolar or unipolar step motor analog movements. It is characterized by a very low current consumption of (only 0.1 mA at 25 ° C) and can be used with an operating voltage in the range of 1.1 V to 3.6 V.
The MT 7060-01 contains 4 independent, identically designed, non-inverting driver blocks for controlling up to 2 step motors per IC.
These properties mean it is used in many radio clocks, but it can be used equally well as a line driver.
The circuit is offered as a chip in the DIE in Tray (DIT) shape with a chip area of (1.3 x 1.16) mm2 suitable for very small structures.
