Motorway connections:

• Coming from Frankfurt/Main: Take the exit Eisenach-West, then follow the B7/B19/B88 motorway (former A4 motorway) to Wutha-Farnroda
• Coming form Dresden: Exit Sättelstädt, than direction to Eisenach (L3007)

Arrival by train:

• About the nearby railway station of Eisenach (about 5 km) the community of Wutha-Farnroda has a connection to the ICE and IC/EC network of Deutsche Bahn.
• Regional trains between Eisenach-Gotha-Erfurt also stop in Wutha-Farnroda

A4 motorway from Frankfurt / Bad Hersfeld ->
"Walterhausen" exit
(Please note the new lane alignment on the A4 North of Eisenach and the Hörselberge)
Turn left at the crossroads after leaving the motorway, drive approx. 200 m towards Walterhausen in the right hand lane to the next traffic light.

Motorway A4 from Dresden / Erfurt ->
"Walterhausen" exit
Turn right at the traffic lights after leaving the motorway, go over the bridge and continue approx. 400 metres in the right hand lane towards Walterhausen to the next traffic light.

Common direction
At the traffic lights turn right towards Tabarz / Eisenach. Go straight ahead at the next traffic lights and then turn right onto the B88 in the direction of Eisenach. Follow the B88 main road and drive through Schwarzhausen and Schmerbach. After the hilltop, close to the Schnellimbis [snack bar] (formerly petrol station) turn into the industrial road to the left. The HKW GmbH is about 600 metres up the road on the left.
