Technology
In order to make a rational manufacturing of the product to be
developed, the technical realization is done conform to the production
and assembly technology discussed with and approved by the customer.
For sample and production series, HKW uses the services of its
partners, specialized in the COB, SMD, heatseal and THT assembly
technologies.
For ASIC developments and organization of the chip production, HKW is
supported by its partners specialized in bipolar, CMOS, BiCMOS and
BCDMOS semiconductor technologies.
