technology. Rainer Haecker, Klaus Katzmann and Friedhelm Wieg
founded the company in 1990. Because of its know-how in miniaturized
electronics for the radio controlled clock/watch technology this
company has got a well-known name in the international watch industry.
HKW has got a worldwide appreciation especially for its epoch-making
developments in the field of receiver IC’s needed for radio controlled
clock/watches.
Furthermore, the company is specialized in the design and development
of special ASICs and also in the hardware oriented software development
for low power, microcontroller based systems.
